📄 Cancellation Policy (Made-to-Order Products)

For all Made-to-Order (MTO) products, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
• Requests after 24 hours may be accepted at the Brand’s discretion and will be subject to deduction of applicable making/processing charges.
• Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
• If an order is ready and remains uncollected for more than 60 days, the Brand reserves the right to cancel the order and recover applicable making charges.
• Making charges will vary based on production stage and will be determined solely by the Brand.

All approved cancellations will be processed through Shopify’s refund system to the original payment method.
