Order Processing

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 2–4 business days.
  • Make-to-Order / Customized Items: Require up to 7 business days for production before dispatch.

Delivery Timeline (India)

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festive
seasons.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via email or message once the order is dispatched.

Packaging & Delivery

All orders are shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging. Hoconn is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

International Shipping

  • For international orders, delivery may take up to 30 days from the date of order confirmation.
  • International shipping timelines include processing, customs clearance, and transit time.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by the destination country shall be borne by the customer.
  • For international returns, return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Any courier fees, customs charges, or related expenses incurred during the return process will not be covered or refunded by Hoconn.
