Return & Refund Policy

We want you to have a smooth and confident shopping experience with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Easy 10-Day Return

We offer a 10-day easy return from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • All return or exchange requests must be supported with a valid unboxing video as evidence of the product condition at the time of receipt. Failure to provide such proof may result in rejection of the request.
  • Returns and exchanges will be accepted only upon presentation of a valid invoice (bill) as proof of purchase.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • The original product tag must be intact and not torn or damaged
  • The product should not be defective due to misuse or handling.
  • Returns  are accepted only after a quality check is completed.
    All accompanying items, including product packaging, must be returned to be eligible for a refund.

Products that fail to meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping Process:

In case of damaged claims, Hoconn may ask for pictures of the damaged product before it is approved or allowed for return. Once the return is approved, a full refund, Excluding the shipping chargers , will be refunded.

For return shipping managed by Hoconn, You will need to hand over the product to the assigned logistics service provider at the time of pick-up. In the event the logistics service provider makes attempts to pick-up the product and You are unavailable or not ready to handover the product, Hoconn or logistics service provider will not be held responsible for the delay in pick-up or processing of the quality check by the seller and hence the refund. A maximum of 3 attempts will be made by the logistics service provider to pick-up the product to be returned.

Hoconn shall not be liable for any product mistakenly returned that does not belong to the Brand, including but not limited to its loss, return, related expenses, or refund.

Discrepancy between You and our logistics service provider:

In case of any discrepancy in the status of pick-up of a product arranged by Hoconn, (where You claim the product has been returned, while our system suggests otherwise) refund will be initiated only if You successfully furnish the courier slip given by the Hoconn assigned logistics service provider at the time of the pick-up.

In the event of frivolous or baseless complaints or requests regarding the quality or content of the products, Hoconn reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against You and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Brand in this regard.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided for cancellation/return of products, subject to the eligible cancellation/ return as per Return Policy or these terms and conditions, initiated in accordance with the Return or Cancellation Policy.
  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by the Brand.
  • In case of cancellations a refund for the entire order amount, including Processing Fee, will be issued.
  • For orders being returned after delivery to customer, we will not be able to refund the Processing Fee which includes Platform Fees, Shipping Fees and Packaging Fees.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after the product is returned.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

Size Exchange

If the product does not fit you well, we offer a size exchange (subject to availability). The product must meet the same return conditions mentioned above.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges can be initiated within 3-7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchange can be initiated online by logging into your account, navigate to “My Orders” section, select your online order and click on exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
  • Exchange of the product is visible only for those products which are eligible for return.

Important Notes

  • Our Make-to-Order (MTO) pieces are thoughtfully crafted upon order placement to ensure quality and precision. This bespoke production process requires up to 15 days before the order is prepared for dispatch.
  • Made-to-Order (MTO) products are eligible for return or exchange, subject to meeting all return conditions mentioned above (inovice proof, unused, undamaged, and original tags intact).
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by the Brand.
